COVID-19: Update

As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we are working hard to ensure minimal impact on our customers, as best we can. 

However, many things remain out of our control, such as delays with our shipping couriers.

COVID-19: Impact on shipments

All our couriers are currently experiencing some delays, due to the impact of COVID-19 and current travel restrictions, both domestically and internationally. 

We are still dispatching orders as usual (next business day), it just may just take a little longer to get to you than usual. 

Most shipments will only experience minimal delays (a couple of days), however as this situation is constantly changing, we cannot fully predict delays with all shipments. 

We ask that all our customers please allow for any possible delays when placing orders and we ask for your understanding if you do experience any delays from our shipping couriers. 

We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email and SMS as well as a tracking link which will be regularly updated by the shipping couriers. 

Rest assured our team is working as best we can to reduce any of these possible delays with shipments. 

 We have increased hygiene practices in our logistics centres based on Government health advice and our customer service staff are all working from home to ensure everyone is staying safe.
